Pontiac Repair: tcs and abs lite, traction control system, transmission problem

2002 pont montana the tcs and abs lite stay on feels like when you take off brakes are on also sometimes engine revs and wheels dont turn

well the abs/trac lamps are related. more then likely you have a wheel spped sensor that has gone bad. usually the front ones go bad rather thne the rear. as for the engine reving and the van not moving unless the sensor(s) are giving a false reading before the lamp comes on the traction control system could be engauging causing this issue or you may have a trasnmission issue. If the lamp is on and it does this I would say it's a transmission problem. once the lamp is on the abs/tarc systems are disabled and it should effect the way the van drives. Good luck :)
