Pontiac Repair: 2004 Pontiac Sunfire, market cruise control, vacuum hoses

I am trying to install a after market cruise control and i am having trouble locating a vacuum source. The instructions say to hook up to the vacuum tree but I cannot locate this. Any help would ba great.

Hi Kevin:

Your going to have to get creative here. the newer engines on cars have less and less vacuum hoses. You have limited choices here. take a look at the emission label under the hood and it will show you what hoses you have to work with. I think that engine has just 1 or 2. You may have to take a hose off and put in your own vacuum tee to allow that system to work for you.
