Pontiac Repair: fan motor, rough job, blower motor

Question
I have a 2000 gran prix with a 3.1 and the fan does not blow,would it be a switch, relay or the motor it,s self.I t did this a couple of months ago and it started back working and now it,s stopped again.Where is the motor located is it uner the dash on the passenger side.

Hi
Yes the blower motor is located under the dash on the Passenger side.
More than likely, your Blower resistor is at fault.
It is located IN FRONT of the blower motor directly against the inside firewall.
It is a fairly rough job, as 2 bolts are against the  firewall.
3 bolts total.
