Porsche Repair: Fuel Prob, mass air flow meter, mass air flow

Question
I have an 84 928 that will not start when i turn the key. It turns over and is getting fuel to the rails. I am not sure if there is a pressure problem or what. The thing that confuses me is that I can put fuel in through the air filter intake and she starts right up and runs fine till that lil bit of fuel is gone. Any suggestions?

Hopefully your not spaying fuel into the mass air flow meter. IF you did, you might need a new one.

You need to check the following
Fuel pressure
Are the injectors triggering. Use a stethisscope(spelling?. You should be able to hear them clicking away.
