RV Repair: Electric double bunk bed, double bunk beds, 5th wheel

I have a Next Level 5th wheel.  My electric double bunk beds will not go down.  There is power because when I push up it makes a noise - but no luck on down...Any suggestions?  I need to use them this weekend and not enough time to get it into the shop??

It might be in that the alignment of the gear drive is no longer in line, or even possibly the switch is bad on the down side. You can test for power at the motor when the switch is pushed. If there is indeed power when the switch is activated then the trouble is with the motor. Always start at the beginning and work through the trouble. Holiday Rambler (Monaco) coaches are in my opinion some of the better coaches on the road today. Next Level are basically their version of the Toy Hauler and are usually outfitted with some of the better equipment available.
