RV Repair: electical, jayco eagle, hot water heater

Question
I have a 2000 jayco eagle getting it ready for a trip i started feeling electrical shocks on the manual level jacks and on all of the accessory doors ie. (refridge,  hot water heater) only on the doors and frames.  I dont even know where to begin.

Answer
This is caused by a reversed polarity or loss of ground, check the outlet where you are plugged in and make sure the neutral, positive, and ground are in their propper locations and are clean and tight.

of course disconnect power before attempting repairs.
