RV Repair: restoring Toyota Dolphin, toyota dolphin, rust inhibitors

Question
We have a 1978 Toyota Dolphin from which we are attempting to remove the stove/oven.  We have dismantled it yet cannot get it out of the wooden cabinet.

Also, on the exterior of the camper, the lower corners are separating.  I was hoping to find some type of metal or rubber to wrap the corners in and secure them.

Also, should be put cross frame stablizing jacks under the rear in order to make it less wobbly?

The cab has some rust spots which need patched.  What is a feasible solution?

As you can tell, my expertise is definitely not in camper restoration.  Funding is minimal which is why I "think" we can restore this little camper.

Answer
If this is a gas stove, check for vents mounted outside and remove them if connected to the stove, also check for seat mounts on the floor or side walls, they sometimes put these inside for stability.

The corners can be tricky, the best thing to do would be to remove your trim and check for rotted framing first if you have a wood frame you can replace the bad areas or if aluminum you can just screw the panels back down and use sylicone sealant.

Stabalizing jacks are very handy but if you dont have them you can use small hydraulic jacks which are very inexpensive.

Rusty areas are a major headache, these need to be cleaned and prepared, after that spray the area with a rust inhibitor and then patch. You can find rust inhibitors at any hardware or supply store.
