RV Repair: advice on travel trailer, vacation unit, park models

I want to buy a travel trailer to set up on my land as a modest rental property. I can hook up to my existing electric, septic, propane, water if necessary. I want recommendations on brands that have character, esp if all-wood exteriors exist; would need to be comfortable for one person as full-time living space. Don't intend it as a travel vacation unit. So much on the market, don't know where to start. Am not handy or interested in major restoration or for purposes of resale. Need a nice little home rated as trailer for zoning.

Hi Mary,
  It sounds like what you need is a park model.  They are designed to be setup rather than towed and you can get them built like a log cabin.  We don't deal in park models but you should be able to search for them on google and get some more information on them.  Sorry it took so long to get back to you we have been having network problems.
