Saab Repair: convertible top leaks, saab 900 s, saab 900

I have a 1997 Saab 900 S Turbo.  Recently the convertible top started leaking. During heavy rain and the car is parked outside water will build up in the window areas of the mechanical arms. When I turn or stop the water will drip out/pour out. When I raise the top all the water pours out of the arms.  There are not any visible holes or tears, how do I stop/repair this? Otherwise the top and car are in fine working condition. 104,000 miles.

I need more information as to where you are getting the water to pool. Counting from the header the metal bars that run across are  called bows,the header is the 1st bow, counting back to the rear which is the  5th bow. Or is it pooling on the outside of the top and simply running down?
