Saab Repair: AC and heat no air blowing, fan speed controller, saab 900

Saab 900 2.3 1999, AC and Heat not working Fan is not blowing.  Checked all of the fuses.  Suggestions?

Is this a manual climate control or automatic? If it is manual try grabbing the knob for the fan speed and wiggling it up and down, see if the fan kicks in and out, frequently thisswitch heats up and getsbrittle. If the car has ACC then it is likely the fan speed controller. You need to get to the blower motor and see if you have power and ground to it.
