Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Ryobi RY6051 Tiller RY60511, homelite, tiller

The starter string has come loose and I have dismantle the starter drum and try to FIx it. Nothing is broken inside nor do I see the springs broken. I tried to put it together but nothing seem to work. The string does not recoil. Can you please help or have an assembly drawing.

Sorry to take so long in replying, I did a considerable amount of searching for a parts lookup, and I finally found one.
Apparently the new Ryobi stuff is actually made by Homelite.
Unfortunately the starter does not look to be serviceable, so there is no real good drawing of it.
    I have not worked on this one of these yet, so I won't be of much help.
