Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): riding mower, craftsman riding mower, throttle linkage

Question
i have a 10hp craftsman riding mower and it is idling to fast and it will only run on that speed anything i can do

Answer
Hello Ankit:

>>Can you Move the Throttle Linkage at the Carburetor and Regulate the RPMs Up and Down?
Send me the Model Numbers Off the Mower or the Model Type/Spec Numbers Off the Engine, Please. With these I can Locate the Proper Manuals and Better Assist you. The Model Numbers for the Unit are Usually Located Under the Seat on a Sticker or Tag on the Body and the Model Numbers for the Engine are Usually Stamped Into the Blower Housing of the Engine.
>>A Model Number would Help me Assist you Better. Go to this Site Addy, http://www3.sears.com/ and Use the Model Locator Just Under the Model Search Box at the Right of the Page.
>>Thanks.
