Questionbought from individual Brand new in box, used several times always started
right up first time then stored 2 months without draining oil and gas now it will
not start, drained oil and gas replaced with new fresh oil and gas, don't know
what Im doing wrong, read manual not much help.
Answer Buy a can of carb cleaner spray, remove the air filter and cover,
be careful to not get any spray on the filter.
Squirt a bit of spray into the carb, then try to start. If it starts, runs for a second or two, then dies, then you know that you have a fuel/carb problem, which is likely.
Repeat this a few times, but when the engine starts to die, apply the choke and see if you can keep it running a bit. Do this for
a while, and sometimes the fresh fuel will work in there and dissolve the varnish, and you will be good to go.
Try these things, and let me know what you find.
