Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): victa 2 stroke lawn mower, carburetor, lawn mower

Question
when pushing the mower under some bushes the hoses where you pump the fuel through before starting came off. so taking someone advice i took it apart clean it then put it back together and it still wont start. what could be the problem?
