Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): B&S condenser wires, hello jerry, condensor

Question
Yesterday I removed the flywheel from my B&S snowblower engine to change the points and condenser. Before removing the cover I noticed the two wires that connect to the condenser are broken off about 2" above the condenser. Where are these wires suppose to connect? One is a ground wire isn't it and the other a primary wire? Where do they each attach at the other end?

>>1 Wire is from the Coil to the Condensor and the Other Goes to the Shut Off Switch either at the Throttle Control Bracket, the Engine Brake Bracket or the Ign Switch.
