Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Peerless 206-545C Rebuild, craftsman lt2000, input shaft

Question
John- I have a `05 Craftsman LT2000 w/Peerless 206-545c (DOM 5172G-0752) that I've replaced 5th & 6th & shift keys. On the bench I can get the trans in neutral...but 2X now, when I bolt into tractor,( in neutral) I can't get rear wheels to spin free?  What am I doing wrong?

Answer
Hello Matt:

Are you Spinning the Wheels/Axles when it is on the Bench or Just Turning the Input Shaft? On Some Models, the Differential will Not Allow you to Turn the Wheels. This is Especially True with a Rebuilt Transaxle. If you Put the Transaxle in Neutral and Bolt it in. Now Turn the Input Shaft. Is the Transaxle Still in Neutral? Thanks.
