Towing Issues: special tag for tow trucks, puco ohio, unregistered cars

i keep hearing about a tag for towing unregistered cars and trucks but cant seem to get any where with b,m.v about them.but i see them on other trucks .drivers wont share info or they dont know where to get them do you how to find out[dayton,ohio ,45414

Ah, well I know that Ohio has some laws which deal with the tags and such.. Repair tags or Transport tags..  I am not sure and I know that the PUCO does control the towing business regulations there.  

I would check with the PUCO office and see what and where they point you..
