I just wont to ask a question on a 11hp roper ride on lawnmower ex army mower it get stuck in 1st & rev gear in the transmission i pull it apart and i cannot find anything wrong with it can you give me some advice on it please if you don't mine

ANSWER: Hello Paul:
When this Problem Occurs, Usually the Shift Keys are Worn and Require Replacing. On the Transaxle is an OEM Identification Plate. Send me the Information Off of This Plate, Please. With this Information, I can Locate the Proper Manuals and Better Assist You. Thanks.

I Could Not Locate a Breakdown of this Transaxle Online; However, You can View a Breakdown of the Transaxle at this Site Addy; http://www.m-and-d.com/dana_foote_parts.html and Scroll Down to the View Dana/Foote Parts Diagram Window. Now Scroll in this Window to your Model Transaxle. I Chose the Model 2000-11 to Show you One Type of Shift Keys and the Model 2500 to Show you the Shift Forks. In the Breakdown for the 2000-11 Model the Shift Keys are #18. On the 2500 Model the Shifter Forks are #42. If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem, I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. Thanks.
