-----Question-----
Got fuel to the carb, both plugs have spark, filter clean. Can't get it to fire and start up.  This is the first time anything has gone wrong with this engine.  intake , compression, fire, and exhaust...this one has me scratching my head.  Help!
-----Answer-----
 Hello Jamie:

Check the Flywheel Key. The Engine May be Firing Out of Time with the Location of the Piston During Compression Stroke. The Flywheel Key Times the Firing of the Plug to the Engine. If you have Good Compression (70psi or Better), Good Fuel Supply and It is Firing at the Proper Time, the Engine should Run. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.

Thank you for the response.  I havent tried the flywheel key yet, until I ask a follow up question.
Today, I got the engine to crank.  Engine deiseled, as soon as I touched the gas, the engine died.  Trying to crank it again, I got back fire thru the carb.

Answer
 Hello Jamie:

Have you Poured a Small Amount of Gas into the Carburetor Throat and Started the Engine? What Happens? If you are Sure the Compression and the Carburetor are Good then the Flywheel Key is Going to be the Cause for this Problem. The Dieseling can be from the Key being Damaged and Firing Just Off Time. Go for the Key. If Not the Key, then the Carburetor or the Compression is the Cause of this Problem. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.
