Steering Column Repair: finding a steering column cover, ford mustang parts, tilt wheel

I have a 85 old.cutlass supreme.Someone try to steal my car by breaking the mid section steering column cover right under tilt wheel lever and broke a metel piece that hold tilt wheel gear.The metal piece I can buy at any auto parts store because it most common on gm when this piece break.My question is there any company that can make or sell just the platic steering column cover right under the main steering column panel.Is there any company that specialize in just selling only olsmobile parts in all year & make any old.For there are alot of that specialize in 64-73 ford mustang parts only.I am looking a company that specialize ols. parts.
