Steering Column Repair: Steering wheel, k5 blazer, chevrolet truck

I bought a 1990 K5 Blazer that was and is being used as a plow truck, I was wondering is there anyway to tighten the steering wheel, it has play in it like there is a bearing loose, can you help?
