Steering Column Repair: Lower bearing repair for an 1983 jeep CJ-7, jeep cj 7, jeep cj

I have my steering column torn down to the lower housing to replace the lower bearing. I can't figure out how to access the lower bearing within the tilt assembly. Can you explain how i can access the lowere bearing from where I'm at.

They are broken down into step by step 2-3 minute detailed videos with instructions. Although the videos are for a Chevrolet truck, the column is very similar to yours.
