It would help immensely if you could be a little more clear in your question.  Do you have an Astro Van, A G-Series Van? Are you talking about the ignition switch (electrical part) near the base of the column or the lock cylinder where the key goes on the top of the column?  Is it a tilt or a non tilt column?  What exactly are you trying to cure?

They are broken down into step by step 2-3 minute detailed videos with instructions. Although the videos are for a Chevrolet truck, the column is very similar to yours.
