Steering Column Repair: turn sig, chevrolet truck, model vehicle

had to replace ignition.  now can not get turn signal handle back in. help

I need to know what year, make and model vehicle you are working on before I can begin to help you.  If it is a GM, we have recently uploaded some videos on our website to give you first hand viewing of how to remove, disassemble, and reassemble the parts you are talking about. They are broken down into step by step 2-3 minute detailed videos with instructions. Although the videos are for a Chevrolet truck, the column may be very similar to yours.
