Steering Column Repair: Sync-ing a lock cylinder after replacement, lock cylinder, start positions

Question
I just replaced the rack actuator on my 91 Ford F150 per your very detailed and appreciated instructions. However, I'm having a VERY difficult time putting the lock cylinder back in sync to have the ACC, OFF, ON, START positions. Is there a chart or can you please instruct me how to re-sync the lock cylinder? Thanks in advance.
