Hey i have a subaru legacy 1991 turbo auto it sometimes randomly cuts out while i am driving it. What are some things i can check before i take it into the shop to get it fixed thanks.

You can inspect your plugs, plug wires, if you have a volt ohm meter you can check the plug wire resistance, but some models in other countries use coil over plug that year rather than one coil and plug wires , where in the U.S. that didn't really start in 1991.
