Towing Issues: car towed, utah hill, military personnel

I'm in the air force and got deployed.Then my car got towed on our base.My car was registered in PA.I had insurance on it and was paying the loan from a direct withdrawal.The base was in Utah(HILL AFB).The base said they didn't get it towed.I think someone from off base towed it.there is really nothing i can do in Iraq,balad.Do i have any rights protecting me from that?thanks

Well there are other issues here which affect this answer, and I really am not up on them...

The soldiers - sailors act (if I got that right) covers deployed service personnel and I would suggest that you contact the local (should be one where you are) legal officer and see what can be done...

I know that some states have laws regarding the lien process on vehicles owned by military personnel and as such it creates a whole different issue...

I am sorry but this question is one where I can not provide much of an answer...
