Towing Issues: tow truck damaged my car, small claims court, tow companies

i signd a reciept not realizing the disclaimer was on the bottom. it was to small and i was distracted. not to mentioned that i was told that if there were any damages to my vehicle just to bring it back.could i still fight this in small claims court?

I am not sure what you mean by your vehicle was damaged, but a lot of judges rule that a disclaimer is just a piece of paper...


Now most tow companies do stand behind their services and while everyone hates to admit it but damage does happen from time to time... Just no way to prevent it from happening at times... Road conditions, where the vehicle is parked or how its parked, what is wrong with the vehicle.  All kinds things can happen...

Talk to the tow company, be nice, keep notes and you should get things resolved... If not you do always have the small claims court option.
