Towing Issues: TOWING POLICY, unlicensed vehicle, expired registration

Question
WHAT IS THE HAWAII STATE LAW GOVERNING TOWING A VEHICLE WITH AN EXPIRED REGISTRATION STICKER. CAN A VEHICLE BE TOWED EVEN IF IT IS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY WITHOUT OWNERS APPROVAL

Answer
I really do not understand what you are asking here...

If Hawaii has a law regarding if the vehicle can be towed from private property (apartments or condos) for expired registration stickers (tags, I could not find one... BUT each property owner has rules regarding what they deem to be "A LEGAL" vehicle on their property..

If the lease says no blue cars on Tuesday at 319pm then it gets towed... Things like that are individual rules and regulations with the property owners, not the state.

Can it be towed, sure any vehicle can be towed for almost any reason that the property owner - manager deems to be a valid reason...

If you are asking if the police can tow your vehicle from the streets for expired registrations, I beleive they can, as it is an "unlicensed vehicle" at that point.
