Towing Issues: Towing Issues, ups and downs, maximum profit

  Just purchased a tow truck from relative and not sure where to start.  What would be the best way to utilize the tow truck making maximum profit without me driving behind the wheel?  With your experience you have seen the ups and downs of towing.  You also seen dos and dont's.  If you were in my situation how would you approach it?  Los Angeles county theirs got to be money to be made.
