Towing Issues: towing from apartment complex in fl, tow company, gray area

if you are parked in waht is marked as a visitor spot in an apartment complex and there are no signs directing you not to park there.  is it legal for them to have your vehicle towed if you are a guest of a resident?

Well Someone has to say to the tow company that the vehicle was not supposed to be there and to sign for the removal of the vehicle.  

As to if its legal  for it to be towed, only a court could really answer that question...  Basiclly if there are signs stating what is authorized parking areas then you would know. But for unmarked spaces then it becomes a gray area...

I know its not what happened but if you were parked in the middle of a row or driveway then you know its not a parking space (yes people park there and wonder why they get towed. )

I would check more with the management and see what you can find out..
