Toyota Repair: P0441, P0171 Toyota Celica, air fuel mixture, vacuum hoses

Question
2001 Toyota Celica, 5 Speed Transmission, 136k miles

My car feels to have lost power and does not accelerate as before. The check engine light turns on and off whenever it wants. Every time I refill the tank of gas and turn on the car, it turns off. I have to drive for about 4 minutes without stopping or else it will turn off. I ran a scan and the codes P0171 and P0441 came up. What could be the problems and solutions?

Answer
The p0171 is a lean air/fuel mixture, if it was the only code I would say replace the  but since there is a Po441 which is an evap system incorrect purge flow code, I'd recommend first checking for any disconnected vacuum hoses on the air cleaner housing and on the rest of the engine, check the purge vsv located on the air filter make sure the hoses are on,use the underhood vacuum diagram to locate the hose connections, if no disconnected vacuum hoses are found then replace the evap purge VSV.
