none of the injectors are working. but the cold start injector is working i tested the injector plugs and have power on both wires no fuses are blown and i tested the relays and they are good

Answer
The injector connectors should not have power to both sides, only to one, the other side should show either open or ground, this is the wire that goes to the computer which triggers an on/off ground signal to cycle the injectors on/off. There is either a wiring problem or the computer has a malfunction, connect a test light across the connectors, the light should flash when the engine is cranked over.
