Toyota Repair: will not start, fuse block, dead battery

Question
2003 toyota tacoma s-runner, 3.4 liter v-6 5 speed, 36,000 miles. truck purchased brand new in 03 by me, was driven daily until may of 04, then truck used sparingly at that point. was used in may of this year to move some items from our old home when we moved-started and ran completely fine after battery replacement. went to crank truck today, 7/25/06, engine will turn over, but will not start-checked all fuses, all seems to be fine-i did have to jump start truck, as the battery was completely dead-battery would not even open door locks-any ideas?

Answer
check to see if the check engine light lights with key on.
If not the efi fuse is blown, or bad efi relay(you can swap that with another in same fuse block with same part # on it)
Are you sure you didnt jump it backwards?
Ive seen that happen accidentally, like in the dark.
The larger square fuses would then blow, like the 100 amp ALT, etc.
