Toyota Repair: Rubbing noise in front left wheel well, time jason, down from the mountain

Question
I have a rubbing noise in my front left wheel-well of my 94 4runner. It seems to only happen when i come down from the mountain after snowboarding. When i first heard the noise, my friend said that it was just dirt and snow that gets lodged into the wheel-well that makes that noise.  Also, it seems to make that noise after i engage it into 4wheel drive.  However, I went up to the mountains the day before and the following day it started to make the rubbing noise.  It now happens more frequently and for longer periods of time. No smoke or or burning smell is noticeable. If you have any remedies, I would greatly appreciate them.

Thank you for your time,

Jason

Answer
Could be dirt & snow being thrown against the wheel well. ;)
Without being there, sending me a video, or really doing an awesome job explaining it. It's hard for me to tell you what's causing it. I can give you afew mechanical reasons. Starting with the easy stuff:
Dry spindle bushings
Not enough gear oil in the front differential
The trim ring around the pinion may have come loose & is turning in 4wd
Wheel bearing
