Toyota Repair: Sienna Power Door ECU Replacement, motor assembly, ecus

I have a replacement ECU; have the rear panel out, have unbolted the motor assembly and can see the ECU behind it. I can't fully remove the motor assembly to get to the ECU because of the cable. Any way to get this out?

I have replaced a few of the ECUs, it can be done, under no circumstances remove the cables. Make sure all of the attaching bolts on the motor have been removed, with all of them off the motor can be moved out of the way enough to get to the ECU bolts and pull it out.
