Toyota Repair: 2003 Highlander Trailer Prep, electrical plugs, wiring harness

My HL is supposed to have a towing prep package.  Does this mean all I have to do is install a hitch and the wiring is all ready taken care of?  Where do I find the trailer connector?

The factory towing hitch reqires the installation of the towing wiring harness, it's normally sold with the hitch, the electrical plugs are ready to accept the wiring harness and no splicing or wire modifications are necessary, it's a plug in installation.
