Toyota Repair: stuck valve, valve job, 22r

85 toy pu 2wd carb 22r .just had valve job after installing had clicking noise now #4 intake valve stuck. any ideas why?

Either the valve is stuck in the guide because of lack of lubrication or the valve is bent, what was the reason for doing the valve job?
It seems to me that you should take it back to whoever did the job and tell them they to make it right at no charge to you, this should not have happened unless there was an ovesight or an error in reassembling the valves.
