Toyota Repair: Toyota Tacoma Turn Signal, tacoma 4x4, flasher relay

Question
I have a 98 V6 Tacoma 4x4 TRD SR5 Offroad Package.
When I turn both the left and right turning signals on, my 4 way hazard lights come on instead.  Is this an indicator that I may need a new Flasher relay?  I've checked the bulbs, and the fuse.

Probably not the relay, it's more common to have a problem with the combination switch on the steering column, they're not cheap so I suggest that you have a dealer check it, sorry can't be of more help, but I have never had to replace a flasher relay on a toyota,ever, so you can pretty much rule that out.
