Answer
Mark, wow! You've got lots of problems. Has this vehicle been modified or remapped in any way? 134 and 154 are bank one, O2 sensor one and bank two O2 sensor two respectively, have insufficient or no activity. They are either dead or unplugged. Your car is not going into closed loop. First thing I'd address. Second, 118 CTS (coolant temperature sensor) circuit high. Again, dead or disconnected.113 Intake air temperature high. Bad or disconnected. 103 Mass air flow sensor signal high. Same. 238 Boost signal high. 236 Boost signal out of range. Same, or tampered with waste gate. 453 Evaporitive system presssure signal high. Same.

Did this car have an underhood fire? Does the wiring harness look original? Is it in good shape? Is it all patched up with black electrical tape. Is it even connected everywhere?
