Volvo Repair: Time for regular service reset (S60 2.4 T S), volvo service, pay the money

Question
I followed Regis' earlier advice on this (see thread of 12th Jan 2005, Volvo 2002 S 60 service reseat[sic]). My mechanic tried the same thing, the same way, but I still cannot reset the warning "time for regular service".
Does someone else know of something else I can try? Thnx.

           Sounds like it is time to have the Volvo service dept.run a code check...plain and simple.
          Pay the money to get accurate answers.
