Volvo Repair: Dash board loose, dash board, wiper cowl

I have a 1999 S70 the dash is loose on the drivers side causing a loud rattle and clunking sound. I tried to remove the instrument cluster, to try to find the dash board mounting bolts but the instrument cluster does not want to come out and I'm afraid to pry it out for the fear of damaging it. How does the instrument cluster come out, if this is the access point for the mounting bolts and where are the dash board mounting bolts located. Thanks in advance for yor help.

the top dahs pad has to come off to get the cluster out.but the bolts are not in here.they are under the wiper cowl panel.this is the panel under the wiper blades.the problem is probably the dash board mounting clips the bolts attach to are broken which would require a new dashboard.
