Johnny,
Check all of your switches, they should be easy to remove.  If you have a manual, just pop the leather boot up, and push the switches out of the console.  If you have an automatic, remove the cover around the shifter and then pop the switches out.  Once you have the switches out, clean them.  You "can" take them apart and clean the contacts, the bottom of the switch just unclips and you can get to everything.  99% of the time the switch is at fault.  If you press the switch, and wiggle it around you might get some power to the windows.

If this doesn't fix the problem, you have some wiring issues, or your motors are bad.  Those you will have to sort out by yourself.

As for the sunroof, is the electric motor working at all?  If it's not working, it could be the switch, like the windows.  If the motor IS working, and it's still hard to shut the sunroof, then it's probably sticking, and needs to be greased.  If you have a manual sunroof then it's sticking, and you should work it back and fourth several times to get it loose.  check to make sure nothing is binding in the tracks of the roof and make sure it's sliding STRAIT back, and not twisting.

 Hope this helps,
 Josh

Answer
Johnny,
Well I gave you the quick-fix for the problems that are common, but YOU are going to have to do some testing.  Find which wire(s) are ground and 12v, and Use jumperwires to actuate the windows (you are replacing the switch with wiring yourself for testing).  If you still cant get the window to roll up using jumperwires, then you have a short in the wiring or the motor is bad.
If this is the case, pull of the door panel and try to jump 12v to the motor it's self (to illiminate wiring problems).  If the motor works NOW, then you have a wiring problem.  if the motor still doesn't work, check YOUR jumper wires and make sure they are hooked up right and make sure you are touching the right pins.
As far as the sunroof, you are going to have to pull the liner from the inside and see what is binding it up.  like I said before, when you roll it back, MAKE SURE the sunroof is sliding STRAIT BACK, if it twists or moves up/down it will cause it to jam.  Also check the track for debris or anything that would cause it to jam.
Here is a whole breakdown of how the sunroof goes together
