Dodge: Dodge 1990 PickUp, dead battery, rotor

Question
I have a 1990 Dodge 150 pick-up.  The problem I am having is that the engine won't turn over.  It trys real hard but just won't.  There seems to be no spark.  There also doesn't seem to be any gas but I think this might be something with the computer telling the injectors not to release gas unless there is electric.  I have replaced the rotor, distrubitor cap, wires, and plugs so they should all be ok.  The coil is my only thought next.  I would like to know if there is a easy way to test this.  Or if you know of any other things that might be causing this.  Thanks.

Answer
Erin,
I'm trying to figure out what you're saying when you say won't turn over.Do you mean it will turn over but sounds like a dead battery? If it's not turning over you won't know if there is a spark because the engine is not turning and not causing any type of fire.Give me more info.
