Dodge: 2001 Dodge PU rear brakes, rear drums, wd 40

Question
How do you get the rear drums off so that you can replace the brake pads? I read where it said to use WD-40 around the middle, but that did not work. I looked behind the brake drum and I could not see any place to loosen the pads. HELP!

Answer
If it doesn't have a place to loosen the shoes. The manual states to apply a small amount of penetrating oil to the hub at the axle and lightly tap around the hub to loosen it.Tap on the back side of the hub all the way around until it breaks loose.DO NOT BREATHE any of the brake dust,it contains asbestos.
