Dodge: idel, screw type, adjustment screw

How do you adjust idel on 92 dodge dakota pickup.I see the screw that needs to be adjusted but it has no head on it and I can't see a way to turn it.I can't keep it idling without holding foot on gas. It is a standard.

if the truck won't idle,the screw you see apparently is not an adjusting screw.Have you noticed an engine light on?If it has a throttle body carb.it may need cleaning.or possibly a tune up.The adjustment screw will have a screw type head on it.it turns clockwise for a higher idle.spark plugs and wires will cause it not to idle also.
