Dodge: squeeking belt 96 dodge caravan, dodge caravan, serpentine belt

i put a new belt on and it still squeeks.when i hit the gas fast it squeeks louder but when i let up on the gas it doesnt do it .any suggestions?

If you replaced the belt and it still squeaks,the belt is loose.If you've ever applied any belt dressing to the old belt this stuff can also get on the pulleys and cause a squeak.If the belt is a serpentine belt(one belt for everything) you have a tensioner on there but they usually don't squeak unless the bearing is going bad in it.
