Dodge: 1998 Dodge Ram, intake manifold gasket, 4x4 mag

Question
I have a 1998 dodge ram with a 5.9l v-8 and I have developed a vacuum leak somewhere in the top of the engine. It doesn't always hiss but it usually does it when the engine is cold. I have checked all the the vacuum line with a vacuum gauge and they are all holding vacuum. I just redid the intake manifold gasket because while I was inspecting the lines I noticed that the right front of the gasket was displaced. I was reading an article in a 4x4 mag. that was talking about the same problem but they never found it either. Can you help. I have looked everywhere for this leak. Oh yeah, It seems almost like it is coming from the throttle body itself.  Thank you for any info you can give me.

Make sure when you took the plastic breather cover that mounts to the top of the carb (throttle body) that you put the piece back on correctly,Mine was doing the same thing.i took it back off and re seated it and it stopped.also check the gasket on it also.
