Dodge: 92 Caravan turn signal problem, dodge caravan, fuse box

my 1992 Dodge Caravan's turn signals stopped working.  The hazard flashers still work but no signals.  I've checked and the fuse is ok.  I'm thinking that the flasher is bad.  Does this model use a combined flasher for the hazard and turn signals?  If so, could it fail in this manner or should I be looking for the problem somewhere else?

When you turn the signal on either left or right does the little indicator light up?If it does it is the flasher.To locate it find the fuse box and flip the cover over and find the one that says flasher and replace it.This should be on the inside of the fuse cover.
