Dodge: WATER LEAK IN REAR A.C. UNIT, dodge ram van, hose clamp

I have a water leak that looks like it is coming from the rear A.C. unit in my  2001 Dodge Ram Van.
What could it be? And how do you suggest I proceed to fix this problem. Do the rear A.C. unit have a seperate heater coil than the front?

The rear does have a separate heater core and is probably where the leak is coming from.You'll have to remove the panels to find the core.It could also be one of the hoses that runs to the heater core,while the panels are off check the hoses first.The hoses connected to the core should be attached with a hose clamp on each one of the hoses double check these and make sure the leak is not at this point.
